A simple way to notice your breath.

A wellness prototype for observing breathing-related movement and following guided practice.

1. Wear

During supervised prototype testing, a compatible Breathawear sensor can be worn to observe breathing-related movement. Hardware fit and availability are still being validated.

2. Breathe

Follow a chosen pace with visual guidance and optional audio or haptic cues. The cues reflect the practice you select, not a detected medical condition.

3. Reflect

Review recorded sessions and personal patterns over time as a tool for awareness and reflection.

The prototype path

Prototype Connection

During supervised hardware testing, Bluetooth Low Energy carries motion samples from a supported prototype board to the phone.

Breathing-Related Motion

Prototype sensor signals estimate breathing-related movement. Fit, body movement, device placement, and connectivity can affect the reading.

Personal Context

The app presents descriptive wellness feedback to help you notice patterns. It does not diagnose stress, anxiety, or any other condition.

Breathawear is a wellness prototype, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and its readings should not be used for medical decisions.
