By creating an account or using Breathawear, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only in compliance with applicable law.

Breathawear provides breathing awareness, practice guidance, and wellness information. It is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not ignore medical advice or delay seeking care because of information in the service. Stop a practice and seek appropriate help if you feel unwell.

Sensor readings and guidance can be affected by fit, movement, connectivity, device condition, and other factors. Features may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable. You are responsible for using compatible devices safely and following device instructions.

You are responsible for content you post or share. You may not:

• Harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or endanger another person.
• Post unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content.
• Share another person's health or personal information without permission.
• Interfere with the service, scrape it, introduce malicious code, or evade safeguards.

We may review, restrict, or remove content and suspend accounts to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Contact support to report harmful content or conduct.

Breathawear and its software, designs, branding, and service content are owned by Breathawear or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Breathawear a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the features you use.

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment for a paid feature, or a material violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Breathawear is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages to the extent such limitations are permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
